Why won't my Luxaflex Slimline blinds stay up - they slowly creep down. Is it the cord lock or the cord that needs replacing?

That problem is the cord lock has worn out and can't hold that much weight when the blind is completely up.

I would change the cord lock first but depending on how long that the cords have been slipping they might need to be replaced as well.
